Processing takes place in particular for the technical provision of this website, the handling of enquiries, the initiation and performance of contracts, communication with prospective and existing clients, and compliance with legal obligations.

Our website is provided via Netlify. When you access the website, technically required data may be processed, in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer, browser type, operating system, access status, and other technical log data. Processing is carried out for the secure, stable, and functional provision of the website on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The hosting provider processes technical log data insofar as this is necessary to ensure the stability, security, and troubleshooting of the website. As a rule, this data is not processed for the purpose of directly identifying you unless this is required in an individual case to prevent misuse or investigate security incidents.
If you contact us by contact form, email, telephone, WhatsApp, Telegram, or by any other means, we process the data you provide to us. This may include, in particular, your name, email address, telephone number, company, requested service, and the content of your message.

For business email communication, we use ADM.tools / mail.adm.tools. In this context, sender and recipient details, subject lines, message contents, technical header information, IP addresses, and attachments may be processed. Processing takes place for secure and reliable business communication and for handling your enquiry.
Our website may contain links to WhatsApp and Telegram. Data is generally transferred to these providers only once you actively click the respective link and use the external service.
If you contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram, further data processing also takes place under the responsibility of the respective communication service and in accordance with its terms of use and privacy policy. We recommend that you do not transmit sensitive information via messengers.
At present, we do not use analytics or marketing cookies and we do not use external tracking or advertising services. To the extent that only technically necessary operations take place on end-user devices, this is based on Section 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If analytics, comfort, or marketing technologies are introduced in the future, we will update this privacy policy accordingly and obtain consent where required.
Recipients of personal data may include, in particular, hosting providers, domain and DNS providers, email service providers, IT service providers, technical or organisational service providers, tax advisors, and public authorities, insofar as this is necessary for the operation of the website, the handling of enquiries, the performance of contracts, or due to legal requirements.

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations apply. General enquiries without a subsequent contractual relationship are usually stored for 6 to 12 months, unless longer retention is required for documentation, legal defence, or follow-up processing. Contract, tax, and accounting-related documents are subject to statutory retention periods.
